The 280 Ranch – Hunting & Activity Waiver

All participants must complete this waiver before hunting or taking part in activities at The 280 Ranch in Chandler, Oklahoma. By submitting this form, you acknowledge the risks involved and agree to the terms below.

I understand that hunting, shooting, and outdoor activities at The 280 Ranch involve inherent risks, including the use of firearms, uneven terrain, wildlife, weather conditions, vehicles, equipment, and the actions of other participants. These risks can result in property damage, serious injury, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my safety.

In consideration for being allowed on the property or participating in any hunt or activity, I hereby release and hold harmless The 280 Ranch, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and landowners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of any injury, loss, or damage that I may experience, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I agree to indemnify and hold The 280 Ranch and its affiliates harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my presence or actions on the property.

I agree to follow all safety rules and instructions given by The 280 Ranch staff. I understand that failure to follow safety directions may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

I acknowledge that basic gun-safety information and protective equipment (including eye and ear protection) have been made available to me.

If the participant is under 18, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to this waiver on their behalf.

By signing or submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Liability Waiver & Release.
